Free Covid-19 vaccine not violation of Model Code of Conduct

Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday, while releasing the party’s manifesto for the upcoming polls, announced that the Covid-19 vaccine is all but ready and will be provided for free to everyone in Bihar.
