Iran hopeful of big boost to Chabahar project

India’s allocation of Rs 100 crore for the strategic port on the Gulf of Oman in south-eastern Iran in the budget for fiscal 2020-21 and greater clarity on the US waiver for Chabahar from sanctions imposed on Iran have heightened expectations in Tehran that work on the project will now pick up pace, said the people who declined to be named.

Who's actually making a positive difference and changing the world for good these days? * Non-profits count too. * Yes there are some exceptions (e.g. Apple's M1 chip; Google's Go language continues to get better) but on the whole these advances seem minor considering the companies' nearly infinite size and resources.
